We are happy to invite you to this years’ first RoboCafé, Tuesday 14 January on the first floor of RoboValley! This edition is all about consumer robotics and the CES (the world’s biggest tech show) and we have two inspiring speakers: Martijn Lukaart (Odd.Bot) and Julian Jagtenberg (Somnox).

Smart & sustainable weeding
Lukaart attends the CES 2020 in Las Vegas this week, where he will show Odd.Bot’s weed whacking robot to the world. During the RoboCafé, Lukaart will tell us how he experienced the world’s largest consumer electronics trade show. He will share with us the latest developments of his robot, whose image recognition algorithm has now become smart enough to detect and distinguish weeds from crops.

The snoring explosion of Somnox
Next, we give the floor to Julian Jagtenberg. Jagtenberg attended the CES last year. Jagtenberg will tell us about this experience, what it brought him and his company and what he learned from it. Of course, Jagtenberg will share with us the latest developments about the Somnox sleep robot.
