Can a painting be considered ‘art’ if it is constructed by artificial intelligence and painted by a robot? The performance Paintrobot ‘Bob Rob’ challenges this question. Dr. Doris Aschenbrenner (Assistant Professor, TU Delft) will tell how her team used sensory information to calculate and create a painting. Her talk will include a live demostration of the Paintrobot ‘Bob Rob’!
